Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1rokok platform available at 1rokok.vu, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first use of our platform.

Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 1rokok platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Do not hold more than one active account on the 1rokok platform at any time.
• Not be an employee, agent, or representative of 1rokok or any affiliated company.
• Using the platform from regions that do not prohibit online betting activities under local law.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to provide a valid identification document such as a national ID or passport, proof of current address, and bank account details for verification. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

1rokok supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT (Tether). All methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals, with varying minimum and maximum limits depending on the transaction type.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. There is no set daily maximum deposit limit; however, 1rokok reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

Withdrawal Process: Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes after the request is approved. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 and the maximum is RM50,000 per day, depending on your account level.

• Withdrawal funds may only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's name.
• 1rokok does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the member within 10 minutes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1rokok are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. These terms include wagering requirements (rollover), validity periods, eligible games, and withdrawal limits associated with the bonus.

General Betting Rules

For sports betting where an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or left incomplete, all bets will be fully refunded to the member's account balance within 24 hours.

Prohibited Conduct & Platform Abuse

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all members, 1rokok has zero tolerance for any form of platform abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names.
• Using robot software, bots, or any automated tools to place bets.
• Manipulating or exploiting any technical bugs on the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes (match fixing).
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through systematic arbitrage or hedging techniques.
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other members or 1rokok support staff.

1rokok's Limitation of Liability

1rokok makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, as with any technology platform, unforeseen technical disruptions may occur. In such cases, 1rokok's liability is limited to the following:

• 1rokok is not liable for financial losses resulting from internet service disruptions on the user's end.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence are not covered by 1rokok.
